When it comes to engagement session locations in the Tampa Bay area, Fort De Soto Park is always a favorite—and this beautiful session is a perfect example of why!

As a St. Petersburg engagement photographer, I love photographing couples at Fort De Soto because it offers everything from white sandy beaches and sea oats to beautiful waterfront views and unforgettable sunsets. It’s the perfect location for couples who want a relaxed, fun, and natural engagement session.

From the moment we started exploring the park, these two were all smiles. Between the laughter, playful moments, and sweet interactions, it felt more like a date night than a photo session. Those are always my favorite sessions because the best photographs happen when couples simply enjoy being together.

We spent the evening wandering through the beach trails, capturing candid moments along the shoreline, and taking advantage of Fort De Soto’s stunning scenery. As the sun began to set, the sky lit up with beautiful shades of gold, pink, and orange, creating the dreamiest backdrop for engagement photos.
