River Hills Country Club Garden Wedding

River Hills Country Club Garden Wedding

Recently our Kristen Marie Photography team had the opportunity recently to work with Maria and Brian on their beautiful River Hills Country Club wedding.

The two are busy medical professionals who live out of state. The location they selected was picture perfect for the garden vibe they wanted. The iced peach and white colors they chose, with black accents, added a nice pop to the wedding décor.

It’s All In The Details

It’s no surprise that capturing details is a huge part of wedding photography. We love capturing the details of a beautiful wedding gown and gowns POP against a dark background. So, this dark distressed wood cabinet made the perfect backdrop to photograph Maria’s wedding gown.

Additionally, we love the detail in Maria’s bridal bouquet in peach and white. It was full of texture and touches of greenery. And, the room where she got dressed had amazing colors, artwork, and a crystal chandelier!

We didn’t forget about Brian. The lush greenery surrounding the country club was an excellent setting for some photos with the groom. His navy suit with peach tie and white boutonniere looked incredible.

River Hills Country Club Garden Wedding Ceremony

The couple’s wedding ceremony took place in the shade of a huge tree draped with Spanish moss. The aisle began with two large garden urns filled with flowers and led to a wedding arch covered in fabric and flowers.

The couple chose not to have a first look before their ceremony. You could see the look of excitement on Brian’s face as Maria made her way across the lawn, escorted by her mother.

The couple exchanged wedding vows and included a sand ceremony as part of their beautiful outdoor wedding.

Time For Two

Another important part of the wedding day for our Kristen Marie Photography team is wedding portraits. Our couples all want those memorable photos with their family and close friends.

During the planning process, each couple gives us a list of those essential family groupings to know who needs to be included and can plan to move through it quickly.

But then it’s off to spend time with our couple and let them have fun together for those once-in-a-lifetime photos. The country club’s property allowed Maria and Brian some time together while their guests enjoyed the cocktail hour. And the images are beautiful.

Dinner and Dancing

Maria and Brian’s reception was beautiful. We loved the texture of the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and the modern details in the ballroom with LOTS of natural light. And the succulents they shared with each of their guests were too cute!

They also had a beautiful wedding cake decorated in peach and white flowers and a personalized cake topper.

One of our favorite moments had to be their perfectly choreographed first dance. They’re very good dancers!

And to end their evening, they sped off in this adorable little black convertible! The perfect ending to a Florida wedding.

Congratulations, Maria and Brian!
